Customer Service Specialist - Waste & Recycling

Biffa Waste Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our office-based team in Aylesbury. You will handle customer queries, provide resolutions and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customers, has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, positive attitude. Some customer service experience is preferred, with MS Office knowledge helpful and a 4-week induction provided.
