Customer Service Specialist - Medical Devices & Orders

Globus Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, field sales and distributor reps, handling order entry and telephone support.

You will process orders within 24 hours, schedule loaners, coordinate surgery coverage, and assist sales with purchase orders and quotes while tracking shipments and resolving issues.

The role requires fluent English and strong problem-solving to ensure compliant handling of human tissue products and ISO procedures.
