Customer Service Specialist - Inbound Support, Quotes & Orders

Panda Recycling in Cross Green, Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a busy team. You will handle inquiries from commercial and domestic customers, support bookings, quotations, orders and service updates, and work closely with Traffic Planning and Operations to resolve issues and keep services running smoothly.

You will be the frontline contact for calls and emails, managing records, updating orders, and providing timely quotations.
