Customer Service Returns Specialist - Luton Airport

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Service Returns Assistant at our Luton Airport location to join the vehicle returns team. You'll provide world-class service to customers at the start and end of their rental, including car park support and timely vehicle handovers.

The role requires a full, valid driving licence with at least four years of experience, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends are available.
