Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Bolton (6 month FTC, Hybrid). £Competitive salary and excellent benefits. Are you a great communicator who loves helping people? We're looking for a friendly, professional, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our supportive and high performing contact centre team in Bolton. Whether you're experienced in customer service or just starting out, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll be doing
  • You'll be the first point of contact for FNZ customers, helping them with enquiries about their financial products.
  • You'll take calls, respond to queries, and ensure every customer gets the professional and positive experience they deserve.
  • Engaging in friendly, helpful conversations with customers.
  • Managing inbound calls and live chat in line with service targets.
  • Helping customers access information and use our digital tools.
  • Taking ownership of queries and providing clear, accurate answers.
  • Ensuring every interaction is handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Suggesting improvements that could benefit the customer experience.
  • Taking part in training and development to keep growing your knowledge.
Support and Development

You'll be supported from day one, with a thorough induction and ongoing coaching to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Qualifications
  • A passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability.
  • Comfort with using phones and computer systems.
  • The ability to stay organised and multitask.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is helpful; experience in financial services is a bonus - but neither is essential.
