Customer Service Representative at MoreYoga - Part Time Customer Service Main office

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have contact centre experience? MoreYoga is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the wellness industry, utilising your skills in both customer service and contact centre operations.
Position: Customer Service RepresentativeHours: 37.5-hour contract, inclusive of two weekends a month
Benefits: Annual pay review/5 weeks paid holiday plus all UK bank holidays
Location: Hybrid/Remote (Work from Home & Office) - Must be a Cypriot tax resident based in Paphos.
Pay: Starting at €1500 Gross Euros per month pro/rata
Minimum Requirements:Contact Centre Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment is essential
- Ability to handle high call volumes and respond efficiently to customer queries
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and screens
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, structured setting
Customer Service Experience:
- Exceptional telephone manners and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Strong written communication skills for handling email and chat support
- Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering positive experiences
- Computer literacy and confidence in using various software and systems
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 am-8:00 pm UK Time
- Working from home but also, but will need to attend the office from time to time
- Experience with MindBody software is an advantage
- Familiarity with Zendesk is beneficial
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Efficiently manage customer enquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
- Accurately enter and update customer information in multiple systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer interactions
- Stay up to date on MoreYoga services and promotions to provide accurate information
- Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
