• Provide outstanding customer experiences by understanding their needs and tailoring your approach.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies to protect our business and customers.
• Take ownership of customer interactions, collaborating with colleagues to deliver hyper-personalised solutions.
• Handle and resolve complaints effectively, using feedback to improve the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and share ideas to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Use your expertise to support customers across our Retail operations while mentoring others to achieve great results.
• Empower customers with clear, timely information to help them make informed financial decisions.

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of diverse customer needs and requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Skilled in recording, reporting, and managing customer information effectively.
• Adaptable and quick learner, proficient in using various systems.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks while supporting team performance.
• Commercially aware with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships and influence others.
