• £30,000 basic salary + commission (OTE £42,000)
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
• 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (Mon-Sun) over 4-week rotations which includes 1 weekend off, 2 weekends with 1 day, 1 full weekend working

The roleYou'll manage your own pipeline of customers looking to sell their vehicles, supporting them from start to finish. This includes reviewing listings, providing guidance, handling objections and delivering a smooth, positive experience across phone, email and digital channels.What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Organised, proactive and customer-focused
• Comfortable managing your own workload and hitting targets
