About the role

Customer Services Representative to join the customer contact team acting as the first point of contact for our UK Retail and Lifetime Mortgage customers, delivering a distinctly Just customer experience and helping customers achieve great outcomes whenever they call.

Responsibilities
  • Answer queries from customers across our product range using a customer centric approach.
  • Make calls to third parties (e.g. ceding schemes, solicitors, intermediaries and GP surgeries) to ensure customers receive funds within a reasonable time.
  • Produce quotes and re quotes over the telephone.
  • Perform administrative tasks according to procedure, data entry standards and industry regulation.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure accurate answers and the best customer experience.
  • Liaise with internal & external customers and third parties to develop and maintain relationships.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a telephony customer services function.
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with passes in English and Maths (grade C or above).
  • Ability to explain complex information in plain, simple English and adapt language for different audiences.
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
