Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for Advant commercial and Contract Manufacturing customers. Join our team here in Advant Medical, Parkmore, Galway!

Education & Qualifications ESSENTIAL

• • Secondary school qualification (or equivaent)
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

DESIRABLE

• • Certificate or diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field
• • Experience or training in regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)

EXPERIENCE

• • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role essential
• • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems desirable
• • Familiarity with medical device products or healthcare customers desirable
