Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Rotterdam
Contract: 6 months (extension possible)
Hours: 40 hours per week

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and smooth order-to-cash processes while collaborating closely with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain teams. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to work in an international environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality service to customers, handling requests promptly and professionally to build long-term value and increase satisfaction.
- Continuously improve knowledge of procedures, quality documentation, and governance; identify and resolve knowledge gaps.
- Act as the primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain to serve customers efficiently and effectively.
- Provide back-up support across all businesses within the group and become the go-to person for operational issues.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders (customers, planners, business, SC, Finance) and build a strong network to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with governance and company policies, maintaining work ethic standards.
- Check and maintain accuracy of Customer Master Data in SAP in collaboration with the Master Data team to ensure correct deliveries, invoicing, and communication.
You have/are:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office).
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.
- Fluent in written and verbal English; an additional language from the main country under responsibility is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, customer focus, and communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate innovation and demonstrate continuous learning.
- Understanding of the 'Order to Cash' process and good knowledge of SAP.
