• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date, maintaining compliance with GDPR.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to defined processes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
• Achieve core Key Performance Indicators consistently.

Work Environment

The position is based in our office at Newcastle's Cobalt Business Park, easily accessible by bus and train. Working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with a 6-8 week shift rotation. Shifts include a mix of earlies, lates, and flexible weeks, with three weeks' notice for any changes. Bank holidays and public holidays are off.
