Customer Service Representative

At Manpower Specializations, we are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sant Joan Despí, supporting the Spanish market.

Your Mission:

• Process sales orders and invoices (SAP) efficiently and on time.
• Manage service complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer data and produce reports (advanced Excel skills required).
• Support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to solve customer issues.
• Build strong daily relationships with our clients.

What we are looking for:

• +2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (SD module) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
• Analytical, agile, and customer-focused.

We offer:

• Monday to Thursday 8:00-17:00; Friday 8:00-14:00 (flexible hours).
• 2 remote workdays per week.

• Salary range between €25,000 and €30,000 depending on experience
