Deckers Brands, parent of UGG, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing a diverse base of UGG accounts, and acting as a brand ambassador.

You will work with the Service Leader and teams to drive improvements and support the business during peak seasons. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations while maintaining integrity
