Customer Service Planner

The Customer Service Planner role centres on aring also important, as you'll be regularly using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage appointments, update records and monitor performance.

What you'll be doing

• Be responsible for managing workloads, monitoring work-in-progress jobs and ensuring appointments are arranged and completed within agreed timescales

Working details

• Contract: Full-time
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Be able to remain calm under pressure, prioritise effectively and make informed decisions to ensure jobs are completed within target timescales
