Customer Service Operations Specialist

Ovia Group in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support to provide administrative support, coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, and ensure smooth cross-functional communication from Tamworth head office.

You will produce operational reports, monitor metrics, support customs and compliance, and assist with reception cover and general admin tasks as needed. This role offers hands-on exposure to busy service operations.
