Customer Service Advisor - Environment & Neighbourhood Contact Centre

Wembley, London (Civic Centre) £16.79 per hour Full-time Temp ongoing Start: ASAP

Looking to kick-start or grow your career in a supportive, positive team? We're hiring two Customer Service Advisors for our busy Environment & Neighbourhood Contact Centre. If you're a quick learner with great communication skills, we'd love to meet you - no call-centre experience needed!

What you'll do

Answer incoming customer calls across several service queues (Recycling & Waste, Pest Control, Street Maintenance + more) Keep customers at the heart of every interaction Navigate multiple IT systems confidently throughout the day Maintain a clear, friendly and professional telephone manner

What we're looking for

No experience required - we'll train you A quick learner who can handle multiple systems Someone reliable who's looking for a long-term opportunity Knowledge of Brent's streets is helpful (not essential) Full-time availability Mon-Fri, 08:50-17:03 (no part-time options)

Work pattern

First 3 months: Fully office-based in Wembley Park (training period) After training: Hybrid - 2 days from home, office attendance Tue/Wed/Thu
