Soudal Ireland is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team based in Santry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a strong commercial mindset. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
  • Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
  • Support the sales team in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell products
  • Monitor order status, stock levels, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Liaise with internal departments including sales, logistics, and finance
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standards of service
Profile
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Strong SAP experience (order processing and customer management)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data analysis, and tracking)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused with a strong sales awareness
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Experience in a fast moving or manufacturing/distribution environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
