Customer Service Executive

This is an excellent opportunity to become the communication hub of a fast moving, customer focused operation. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and the key link between engineers, suppliers and internal departments. THE ROLE:

• Managing customer enquiries across telephone and email channels with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinating engineers and scheduling service visits to ensure timely support.
• Assisting customers experiencing equipment breakdowns and facilitating swift resolutions.
• Accurately recording all service activity within internal systems.
• Processing parts orders from initial enquiry through to dispatch.
• Monitoring deliveries and providing customers with timely updates.
• Building strong, positive relationships with customers and external service partners.
• Supporting the delivery and handover of new machines to customers.
• Assisting with transport?related enquiries and arrangements.
• Following up completed service work to confirm customer satisfaction.
• Handling invoice queries and general administration tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the sales team by contacting prospective customers and logging new opportunities.
