Our West Midlands client are in a serious period of growth and are looking for experienced Customer Service Professionals to join their team. They operate in a niche and growing sector and are market leaders in their sector.

Key Responsibilities

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by phone and email.
• Managing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Investigating issues and providing timely, accurate solutions.
• Analysing customer data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Producing reports and working confidently with Microsoft Excel.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
• Supporting continuous improvements to customer processes and service.
