Role Overview
You'll provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and webchat-supporting individuals and employers with pension and savings queries. This is a customer-focused role where empathy, accuracy, and clarity are key.
What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Explain complex information in a clear and reassuring manner
Escalate and help resolve complaints where necessary
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures
Share knowledge and support continuous service improvement
What We're Looking For:
Telephone based Customer service experience (preferably in financial services)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
High attention to detail and a calm, solution-focused approach
A team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service
