Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a long-term client with their search for a Customer Service Coordinator, based in Chippenham.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and leading organisation with a fantastic culture, who genuinely value their people and take pride in supporting their development and growth.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to learn, communicate confidently, solve problems and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

We would love to hear from candidates with Fleet, Automotive, and Dealership experience.

Key for this role is someone who can demonstrate outbound calling experience working in a busy office environment.

DAY TO DAY
  • Managing cases from start to finish, ensuring progress is tracked and updates are provided.
  • Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep work moving.
  • Identifying and resolving delays to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Exploring alternative solutions when issues arise.
  • Escalating technical or operational issues when required.
  • Following up on outstanding actions and approvals.
  • Handling incoming calls and queries professionally.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring information is up to date.
  • Managing multiple priorities within agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring cases are completed and closed accurately.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and wider team projects.

  • Confidence learning and understanding technical information.
  • Previous experience in customer service, coordination, operations or the automotive sector would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
FOR YOU
  • £28,000 per annum, rising to £28,500 after successful completion of probation
