About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts (08:00-14:00) included on a rota basis.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Transport Planning, Inventory, and Field Sales teams to meet delivery expectations and maintain clear communication across departments. This is a varied role that combines customer service, operational coordination, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through timely and accurate order processing
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and stock management
  • Handling customer queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Supporting and mentoring new team members
  • Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures
  • Taking ownership of service improvement projects
  • Identifying and implementing process efficiencies

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for helping others
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator across teams and levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools
