Job Description

The Customer Service Beeston (Transition) role, based in Leeds with Manpower UK, involves supporting a global healthcare provider on a permanent contract. Full-time hours total 37 per week under a hybrid arrangement: three office days and two remote, rotating fortnightly between 8:30 am-5:00 pm and 9:45 am-6:15 pm, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is £13.85 per hour, rising to £15.02 after twelve weeks of training. You will handle inbound queries, process Medical Device sales orders, and liaise with internal teams and external clients, ensuring accurate, timely resolution. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 37 hours per week, with three days in the office and two days working from home (a 2-week rotating shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, week 1, and 9:45 am - 6:15 pm, week 2, Monday to Friday only). The successful candidate will work with our client on a long-term temporary basis, earning a competitive starting pay rate of £13.85 per hour, moving to £15.02 per hour after successful completion of 12 weeks of training. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to both internal and external customers. Acting as the first point of contact for Medical Device sales orders, Orthokit bookings, and related queries, you will play a vital role in delivering a customer-centric service experience. Your attention to detail will ensure the accurate processing of orders and bookings, while your problem-solving skills will help resolve any Orthokit-related conflicts efficiently. You will be expected to consistently maintain high performance standards, contribute to the achievement of departmental KPIs, and demonstrate behaviours aligned with our leadership imperatives. Your professionalism will help to position the Customer Service department as an integral part of a world-class organisation.

Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service environment, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
