Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. Of course, while you're creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we'll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You'll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down to earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a 16 hour part time contract.

Working Hours & Flexibility

• 16 hours per week.
• Shifts are typically spread across 2 days, most likely Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Evening shifts will be required.
• A high degree of flexibility is essential, as shift patterns may vary.

Store Opening Hours

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Deal with and assist customers, ensuring a high level of customer service whenever they walk through the doors.
• Provide support across in store touchpoints, manage parking, trolleys, stock placement and deliveries.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly pay based on age: 21 yrs and over £12.71 ph, 18-20 yrs £12.00 ph, under 18 yrs £8.82 ph.
• Up to £300 per month gain share bonus.
