The Role Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. Of course, while you're creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we'll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You'll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, customer-focused and enjoys working as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be required to work the following shift pattern:

Friday: 11:00am - 8:00pm

Sunday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

This is a physical role involving manual handling and a high level of activity throughout the day, so candidates should be comfortable carrying out physical tasks as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

We are also looking for someone who can offer flexibility to work additional hours and overtime when required to support the needs of the business.

As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store remains welcoming, well-stocked and ready to serve our customers every day.

About you

Every day you'll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it's important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
