Customer Service & Upsell Specialist

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the depot. You will handle face to face, phone, email, and website inquiries, guiding the customer journey from enquiry to post hire feedback and coordinating with suppliers for repairs and hires.

You will help build relationships with regular customers, develop product knowledge, and seek upsell opportunities while maintaining high service standards in a fast paced, hands on environment.
