Job Description

Acrostak is an international medical device company active in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative solutions used for interventional cardiology. Our product portfolio includes a variety of angioplasty catheters used to open occluded vessels and restore blood flow as well as other high-tech devices in the field of minimally invasive interventions. Our clients are distributors and hospitals across the globe. To strengthen our team in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Customer Service & Tender Specialist - 80% to 100% (f/m)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Daily orders processing (distributors and hospitals) in ERP
  • Preparation of the delivery notes and invoices to customers
  • Support to the sales team and distributors
  • Manage process between logistics / warehouse and sales requests
  • Control products availability in stock according to the production plan
  • Manage the consignment stocks with the logistics department
  • Support our Regulatory Affairs team during the registration processes
  • Administration of required documents for shipments to customers.
  • Apply for documents from authorities, chamber of commerce, Embassies
  • Customer master data maintenance (ERP) in accordance with Sales Managers
  • Update and ensure customer master data (ERP) in accordance with Regulatory and Quality assurance
  • Monthly CFO statistics and update currencies (ERP)
  • Customer master data maintenance CRM
  • Marketing material inventory management
  • Tenders tracking, management and documentation support in accordance with sales management.

Education and required competencies

  • Graduated commercial education (min CFC), higher education preferred.
  • More than 3 years of professional experience, mainly in office CSC and tender management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, able to take initiatives.
  • High degree of independence and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office products and modern ERP systems
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German; excellent in French and/or other languages
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and to define priorities
  • Able to work with different cultures and mentalities around the world. Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in Medical Devices is an asset
