Customer Service & SAP Order Ops Coordinator (Hybrid)

People First Team Japan/ピプルファストチムジャパン is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support in Newcastle for a long-term temporary role. You will help run day-to-day customer service operations, support the Order Management team, and ensure orders move smoothly from receipt to delivery.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office, 37.5 hours per week, and uses SAP and advanced Excel to maintain data accuracy and timely responses to customers and retail partners.
