Customer Service & Sales Support Executive (Temp to Perm)

Location: Derry/Londonderry

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Salary: £30,000 + attractive annual bonus

Contract: Full-time, office-based (Temp to Perm)

We're looking for an office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This role is temporary initially but will become permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of the customer experience and sales process, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your role will include:

Customer Service
  • Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
  • Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and any delays
  • Resolve issues quickly and positively
  • Offer product advice and support materials
Sales Support
  • Process customer orders accurately
  • Prepare quotations and pricing
  • Identify upselling and cross?selling opportunities
  • Research and qualify new leads
Administration & Team Support
  • Manage returns, demos, special orders, and service requests
  • Maintain detailed customer records
  • Provide essential admin support to a team of 7 Business Development Managers

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work confidently in a busy office
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
  • Comfortable using ERP systems (training provided)
