As a Customer Service and Planning Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics processes. You welcome drivers and ensure the correct administrative handling of incoming and outgoing goods, including customs documentation. Additionally, you are in daily contact with customers to update them on the status of their shipments and provide advice on the best transport solutions. You work closely with the planning department to ensure a smooth logistics process.

Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers and drivers regarding transport and logistics

  • Administrative processing of transport documents

  • Planning and coordination of incoming and outgoing goods

  • Informing and advising customers on transport options

  • Cooperation with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow

Working hours and schedule:

Working days: Monday to Friday Flexible working hours between 06:00 and 18:00 (8 hours per day) Full-time position: 40 hours per week

  • Education and thinking level at MBO+ and knowledge of the transport and logistics industry

Wat wij bieden
  • Salary ranging from €16.00 to €19.46 per hour, depending on experience
  • Agency contract for 7 months with a 1-month probation period, with the possibility of extension; for the right candidate, there is a chance for direct employment with the company
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km up to a maximum of 35 km one way)
