Customer Service & Order Support Specialist

First Base Employment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their Stonehouse location. In this full-time role, you'll join a supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service. You'll be tasked with handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and liaising with internal departments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and administration skills, alongside a friendly demeanor and the ability to work well within a team. Salary is £13 per hour with hours Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
