Customer Service & Order Specialist - Tonbridge

Brook Street in Tonbridge is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable supplier. You will handle order processing, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction across phone, email, and online channels.

You'll collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to secure timely deliveries, update records in Orderwise ERP, and support sales with quotes and order tracking. A minimum of two years' experience and excellent communication are required.
