Customer Service & Order Lifecycle Specialist

Dormer Pramet is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and build strong relationships. The role involves working closely with Sales Engineers and Account Managers, supporting onboarding and promoting our digital tools and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations with field sales teams, managing the full order lifecycle, handling returns and claims, maintaining accurate customer data, and assisting with procurement tasks.
