Customer Service & Field Scheduling Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Handicare is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to cover an upcoming maternity leave at our manufacturing facility in Kingswinford, West Midlands. This Fixed Term Contract is expected to last for 12 months.

The role entails ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in interactions with customers, prioritising and scheduling the workloads of Field Service Engineers, and general administrative tasks to support the operational objectives.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
