Customer Service & Cash Handling Specialist

Cash Shop Ltd. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a high level of customer service in-store, over the telephone, and online. You will help customers access cash and pre-owned goods while following company policies and procedures.

The role requires a friendly and trustworthy team player with accurate till handling and the ability to test and value electronics and precious metals. A GCSE-level education and fluent English are expected.
