Job Description

Title - Sales Development Analyst - Customer Service Analyst

Duration - 1 year contract to start with the possibility of extension

Location - Full time on site in Mechelen


About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting sales, pricing, customer service, and contract administration functions. This role is central to ensuring smooth internal operations, including CRM management, sales reporting, and offer preparation for public tenders. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs teams to help drive operational excellence.


The role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to a wide range of business functions, including one fixed day per week handling customer orders and stepping in to support other back-office activities as needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer orders one fixed day per week
  • Provide back-up coverage for Customer Service during holidays or absences
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM data including sales territory and customer details
  • Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning activities across the region
  • Perform administrative verifications and certifications as delegated
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and quality complaint reporting standards
  • Support local marketing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory approvals
  • Assist with brochure development, promotional materials, and event logistics

You'll need:

  • Experience in sales support, tenders, or customer service roles
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Experience with sales reporting and CRM systems
  • Fluent or professional fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to occasionally travel (up to 10%)
