Customer Service Agent in small fun business

As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle a variety of customer interactions, including answering policy inquiries, assisting with the admin and the contact with customers by email and phone as part of our award-winning service, and resolving issues. Additionally, staying knowledgeable about our products will be crucial to your success in assisting customers. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

• Pay will be £14 per hour
• Option for remote work after initial training
