Customer Service Agent

Flexsource NI are working in exclusive partnership with Northern Ireland Electricity in their search for Customer Service agents, on a temporary basis, working 24 hours per week. This role will involve working both days and evening shifts, with preset schedule.

• Provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assist customers with information on our services, troubleshooting, and other electricity network related enquiries.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our services, and policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to expedite and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in every customer interaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support.

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment.
• A strong communicator, with a customer focused approach to problem solving.
• Proficient IT user.
