Customer Service Agent - Warm Homes (Hybrid, 6-Month)

Centrica plc is recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on a 6-month temporary contract, based in a hybrid setup with 1 day at the Ebbw Vale office and four days at home. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints, supporting vulnerable customers and ensuring a positive experience.
