Customer Service Agent - Flexible Hours, Ferry Terminal

NorthLink Ferries in Stromness, Orkney, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy terminal team. You will handle customer reservations by telephone, email and in person and assist with check-in and boarding to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
