Customer Service Agent - Ferry Terminal (Part-Time)

Serco in Stromness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to support NorthLink Ferries from our Stromness call centre. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, reliable service to customers with bookings and enquiries across multiple channels.

You will work 14 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with training and development opportunities and a clear path for growth within a supportive team.
