Job title: Customer Service Advisor (Welsh Essential)
Location: Bridgend Campus
Salary: £25,948 per annum (Salary Scale 2)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)
Status: Monday - Friday on a rota basis 8am - 8pm
To provide an outstanding support service in Welsh and English to all Bridgend College students and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Answer phone calls, enquiries and LiveChat confidently in Welsh.
- Deliver a high quality customer focused service.
- Implement and maintain administration systems.
- Use Google Suite effectively.
- Provide good interpersonal support.
- Excellent communication skills in Welsh (essential) and English.
- Team player, resilient, and supportive.
- Ability to work effectively on a rota schedule.
- Experience with customer service systems and administration is desirable.
