The Inter-Company Fund for Professional Protection (CIEPP), customer service LPP The Inter-Company Fund for Professional Protection (CIEPP), a recognized and active organization particularly in French-speaking Switzerland in the second pillar, grouping more than companies and independents, ensuring insured and pensioners, is looking for someone for its Customer Service LPP Your main tasks: You will manage and provide first-level advice regarding new and existing cases; You will support customer advisors: manage the agenda, phone calls with affiliates, prepare offers, process new files, prepare prospecting letters and ensure follow-ups as well as telephone reminders; You will perform various tasks such as contract management and management of files; You hold a vocational certificate in business administration or an equivalent qualification; You possess a federal diploma in social insurance or in professional pension management; You have successful experience in a similar position/ commercial sector of a pension institution; You are a native French speaker; a good knowledge of German and/or English is beneficial; You are comfortable with standard tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); You are Swiss or hold a work permit Skills: You are organized and autonomous; You have an excellent ability to learn; You have a developed team spirit; You are proactive and ready; You know how to manage priorities and are able to handle stress; You demonstrate ease and have a strong customer orientation Offer: We offer you a motivating position within one of the largest pension institutions in Switzerland.
