Customer Service Advisor Glasgow

Call Centre Agents for a company based in Glasgow, G32 area.

The position is ongoing with a possibility a permanent contract from day 1 for suitable candidates.

The purpose of the role is to:

To work with the Customer Service team managing calls and emails from Customers, Clients and GP's. To ensure information is taken correctly and entered on to computer systems safely and securely.

Duties will include:

• Call handling
• Data Entry using computer systems
• Requesting prescriptions
• Managing emails and queries effectively
• Assisting management with office admin tasks
• Supporting data protection procedures

The hours of work:

• 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday

The rate of pay is:
