Customer Service Advisor

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making sure every customer has a great experience?

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team and become someone their customers remember for all the right reasons - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to find the best solution.

If you bring positive energy to your work, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, you could be a great fit for the team.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Supporting customers throughout the order journey, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge, with the confidence to explain technical blind-related information clearly.
  • Identifying recurring customer queries or issues and sharing feedback with the Team Leader.
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Managing your daily workload effectively while staying organised and focused.

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • At least 1 year's experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Confidence using computers, excellent telephone etiquette, and a well-organised approach.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the energy to make a difference.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing environment.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing business where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.
  • A supportive, collaborative team that encourages new ideas and fresh thinking.
  • Full training and ongoing development to help you build your skills and progress your career.
  • Staff discount
  • A positive workplace culture where hard work is recognised, success is celebrated, and a bit of craic is always welcome.

Ready to make a difference?
If you're passionate about customers, enjoy finding solutions, and want to be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday. 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 on rotational basis. Potential for hybrid working when competent in role.
