Customer Service Advisor

Overview

Our client is seeking a professional individual with strong communication skills to join their busy team on a temporary basis. Within this role you will be resolving issues during the first interaction in a timely manner whilst providing high quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone
• Resolve issues and provide effective solutions
• Use internal systems and knowledge to support customers
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment. Strong listening and communication skills along with a problem solving mindset is important and being comfortable working individually as well as in a team.

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Perth - hybrid working - 2 days onsite pw

Hourly Rate: £15.54 per hour

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Start Date: 10th August 2026

Duration: Temporary support for 12 months

Additional information

Due to a structured training plan, we cannot consider anyone who has holidays in the first 4-6 weeks of this assignment.
