Customer Service Advisor

This role is for a Customer Service Advisor based in Wolverhampton, paying £13.28 per hour on a full time, temporary to permanent contract.
Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, you will act as the primary contact for clients, managing enquiries and resolving issues professionally. The role supports a specialist manufacturer serving various UK industries.
Our client is a well established specialist manufacturer and supplier, providing bespoke solutions to customers across a range of industries throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements and order updates.
- Coordinating with transport providers to arrange deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating reports.
- Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage customer information.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
