We have some very exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to assist a national business based in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional customer service team delivering first-line support for a successful distribution centre. The Role

• Answering all incoming calls
• Delivering expert customer service and prioritising their requests
• Processing orders via phone and the internet
