Join the UK's number one home appliance brand as a Customer Service Advisor at our Bolton Call Centre. You'll be the friendly voice helping customers with queries, delivering exceptional service, and arranging engineer visits when needed.
As a Customer Service Advisor working at our Bolton Call Centre / Customer Service Centre, we will get closer to our customers and to our aim of being the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland. We have built our global reputation by understanding what our customers want and developing next generation products that make their lives easier.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support by phone and email.
- Use an empathetic, customer first approach to deliver outstanding service and uphold the "zero distance to customer" philosophy.
- Apply product knowledge to resolve queries, guide customers through troubleshooting and, when needed, arrange engineer visits to ensure quick, effective solutions.
- Handle rare occasions when customers are unhappy and step in to support them.
- Work at the Bolton Service Centre, Bury Road, Breightmet (BL26PU) and receive training that equips you to provide first class service and achieve personal growth.
- Base salary of £26,181 per year.
- Work only 1 in 4 weekends.
- 37.5 hours per week on a set shift pattern, no late working; the contact centre closes at 6pm.

- Experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service Centre, or demonstrable experience working in a customer service environment.
